Responsibilities

  • Implement daily student programming
  • Supervise a room of students and ensure safety protocols are met
  • Attend regular trainings set by supervisor and management to develop skills
  • Ability to communicate with team the needs they have and implement boundaries with the students
  • Maintain the safety of the milieu through risk management 
  • Carry out client interventions to ensure quality of care
  • Facilitate client phone calls with parents
  • Support clients in the development of executive functioning skills (ex: laundry, cleaning room, chores, etc.)

Qualifications

  • Required Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work (Or closely related discipline) 
  • Preferred: Two years' experience working with young adults (Or closely related experience)
  • Preferred:  CPR/First Aid Certificate 
  • Valid Driver's License and 3 years driving experience with clean driving record.
  • A desire to facilitate student growth through a team approach, working with other care providers.  
  • Ability to pass a background check

$16.00-$17.00 per hour depending on experience.
